THESE ARE MY PRIMARY reference textbooks when I teach Introduction to Urban Planning in the postgraduate program at the Technological University of the Philippines since 1995. When the subject was included in the civil engineering undergraduate program at the Rizal Technological University sometime in 2000, I also used these books plus with other reference materials that I collected since I took my MSc program at AIT (Bangkok) in the early 90s.
